_ These problems were brought to the township’s attention by homeowners in Stone Bridge Crossing whose yards are being affected by the violations. A letter will also be sent to a homeowner in Logan Downs to remove a berm he has built in a drainage easement to keep the stormwater draining from CaGe out of his property. _ The township will be sending the owners of CaGe Storage a letter notifying them that they have several drainage issues to be fixed on their property. Township engineer Steve Barber suggested that the township send a letter informing PennDOT that the ordinance had been passed and asking for a time line of when they expect the work to be done.

There are already signs on the township owned Chestnut Grove Road and it is up to PENNDOT to install the signs on the state owned Siddonsburg Road. _ Supervisors passed an ordinance to put a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Siddonsburg and Chestnut Grove roads. _ Any road projects next year will have to come out of the $146,000 they anticipate receiving from their share of the state’s Liquid Fuels Tax. A $60,000 deficit that still remained after an October 27 workshop meeting on the budget was filled by cutting the road highway maintenance allocation and reducing the police overtime budget by another $15,000. _ Carroll Township gave their approval to advertise a budget of $2,461,138 that will not include a tax increase.
